The University of Fort Hare (UFH) is set to host a highly anticipated Bodybuilding Exhibition on 18 October 2024 at the Sports Complex, where the 2025 Bodybuilding Team will be selected. This exciting event will begin at 18:00, with a mandatory weigh-in at 17:00.

The exhibition serves as a platform for the university's best bodybuilding talent to showcase their hard work, dedication, and strength. Athletes will vie for a spot on the 2025 UFH Bodybuilding Team, which is set to represent the institution in various competitions next year.
